Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Steward to join our team at Ennismore. As a Steward, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Support
    • Work closely with the Culinary and Food and Beverage Service Team to provide exceptional support and ensure seamless service.
    • Assist with plate ups, equipment movement, cleanliness, and hygiene of the work area, dishwashing, pot washing, and other F&B equipment.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Conduct deep cleaning according to established protocols.
    • Clean and store pots, pans, trays, worktables, and other equipment used by the Chefs.
    • Clean and wash stoves, ovens, grills, grill hoods, tilt kettles, refrigerators using cleaning solutions and washcloths.
    • Sanitize, sweep, and mop kitchen floors.
  • Inventory and Storage
    • Separate customer dishes and utensils according to standard operating procedures.
    • Account for any utensils, dishes, decorations, and equipment used during events.
    • Responsible for storing chemicals and cleaning products.
  • Task Management
    • Carry out duties as specified on the daily/weekly/monthly task lists of the kitchen area.
