About the Role:

The Senior Concierge at Raffles Doha is a key member of our Front Office team, responsible for leading the Concierge team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Connections: Take ownership of creating personal connections with guests through emotional luxury, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external stakeholders to secure partnerships and contracts that benefit the hotel.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and monitor travel, ticket, tour, and attraction bookings, as well as offsite restaurant reservations, to meet guest needs.
  • Facilities Promotion: Promote in-house facilities and inter-hotel sales, maintaining good relationships with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest journey.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication channels with all hotel departments to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Concierge Experience: Curate a unique concierge experience, ensuring adherence to service standards and sequence.
  • Administrative Duties: Enforce PMS system etiquette and accuracy, ensuring efficient administrative tasks.
  • Team Coverage: Be prepared to cover all roles and functions within the Concierge team.
  • Departmental Support: Assist other hotel departments as needed, ensuring a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, perform equipment maintenance, and ensure the upkeep of operating supplies.
  • Team Performance: Appraise team appearance, discipline, and efficiency, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Goal Setting: Assist in setting KPIs and deliverables for the year with the Concierge Manager.
  • Action Planning: Create action plans and monthly overviews of goals with the Concierge Manager.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training and development with supporting departments.
  • Service Improvement: Analyze areas for improvement using hotel systems data and create action plans to enhance service.
  • Guest Insights: Anticipate and orchestrate unique experiences based on guest needs and wants.
  • Communication and Resolution: Promptly respond to guest inquiries, instant messages, and emails, communicating with relevant departments to resolve guest requests.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the hospitality industry, ensuring the Front-of-House team remains innovative and effective.
