About the Role:

This role focuses on the sales of vans and buses product range. The successful candidate will oversee the relationships with existing clients, add new customers to the business through market coverage and building strong relationships with all customers (new and existing), and contribute to sustaining and growing commercial vehicle business to achieve long-term success.

  • Contribute to achieving revenue, unit sales, and customer engagement through effective sales process management, increasing customer retention, and efficient distribution strategy.
  • Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the department.
  • Proactively manage customer requirements for on-time delivery considering lead-times, specification changes, and demand.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key contacts. Gather market information on competitor activities to ensure the department's competitive edge in product, pricing, services, and systems.
