About the Role

This exciting opportunity at DIET DELIGHTS QATAR is ideal for a motivated and experienced Chef De Partie looking to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and maintaining our brand's high standards.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Staff Guidance and Support: Provide guidance, instruction, and feedback to kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations and maintain exceptional quality.
  2. Food Safety and Quality: Ensure proper receiving procedures, adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards, and implement optimal storage of food items.
  3. Closing and Opening Procedures: Participate in the restaurant's closing and opening processes, check expiration dates, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  4. Dish Presentation and Quality: Present high-quality food items according to our brand's 'Products bible', standards, and preparation techniques.
  5. Kitchen Maintenance and Security: Contribute to the upkeep of kitchen materials and installations, ensuring they are properly degreased, cleaned, and stored.
  6. Brand Image and Representation: Maintain the image, concept, and products of our brand, working towards achieving set targets.
  7. Tasks and Supervision: Follow senior staff instructions, coordinate daily tasks with the head chef, and supervise commis as needed.
  8. Menu Knowledge and Hygiene: Have comprehensive knowledge of menu items, recipes, production methods, and presentation standards. Ensure personal adherence to hygiene, safety, and equipment usage guidelines.
  9. Inventories and Waste Management: Take stock of restaurant supplies, notify supervisors of low levels, and discard expired or spoiled food items.
  10. Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform basic cleaning duties, ensuring workstations are sanitized and maintained.
  11. Meal Preparation and Presentation: Plate and present meal items according to the head chef's instructions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
