Crewing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Crew Coordinator to join our team at People Dynamics Doha. As a key member of our crewing department, you will be responsible for actively recruiting crews from the international marketplace to meet our crewing requirements for all contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct one-on-one interviews with candidates from all countries to assess their technical knowledge and suitability for the role.
* Select and manage training providers to ensure that personnel meet mandatory oil and gas marine requirements prior to mobilization.
* Utilize various recruitment channels, including agencies, job boards, and the internet, to source top talent.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruiting for offshore fleets.
* Strong background in HR, coordination, or marine administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
