Job Overview

The ER Assistant role provides critical support to the Employee Relations team at N-KOM, focusing on operational and administrative tasks related to employee relations. This role involves developing and implementing effective policies and procedures, performing personnel administration tasks, and facilitating communication between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administer all employment contracts, monitor company payroll, approve eligible allowances and benefits, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Provide escalation support to address employee queries in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  3. Manage transactions related to loans and advances, verify payments to employees, and review insurance policies.
  4. Facilitate efficient operations to meet current and future business needs, and ensure maximum utilization of ERP and HR-related systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a similar position or responsibility, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry and regional experience.
