The Team

The Sales Team's objective is to build an amazing product each year by providing a great selection of offers to our members on the app, including dining, beauty, fitness, leisure, entertainment, retail, and services across various territories. We focus on building long-lasting relationships with our merchant partners to ensure successful collaborations between the two parties.

Job Overview

  • Manage accounts in the assigned territory to secure merchant participation, retention, advertising revenue, and drive redemptions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners and support them throughout the year with tactical promotions.
  • Solicit new business opportunities targeting the F&B, Leisure, Entertainment, Beauty & Fitness industries.
  • Oversee sales cycles from prospecting to closing across the territory.
  • Utilize available data effectively to retain merchants year on year.
  • Communicate and sell new products and initiatives to the merchant base.
  • Prepare various status reports, including daily activity, closings, follow-ups, and adherence to KPIs.
  • Monitor market and competitor activities.
  • Maintain effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Foster a team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and all levels of the organization.
  • Stay self-motivated, driven, and committed to continuously learning and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously as well as manage your own time.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of local B2C or B2B sales experience in hospitality, F&B, media, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Familiarity with the territory's business environment and trends.
  • A car is required due to extensive travel within the territory.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; other languages are a plus.
