Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our team in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of automotive auctions. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities within the automotive auction industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive market, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the automotive auction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships, fleet managers, and other potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements, effectively presenting the value proposition of our automotive auction services.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies, ensuring a competitive advantage in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of auctions and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly reporting sales progress to management.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, promote our services, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Representative or similar role within the automotive industry, preferably in the automotive auctions sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive market, including industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
