Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VIP Hostess to join our team at Ennismore. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Greeting and Seating: Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and ensure they are seated in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Waiting List Management: Manage the waiting list, ensuring that guests are informed of wait times and provided with regular updates.
  • Seating Arrangements: Offer suitable seating arrangements, taking into account guest preferences and special requests.
  • Reservation Arrangements: Make reservation arrangements, ensuring that guests are seated at their preferred time.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure that all orders are filled in a timely and accurate manner, meeting the high standards of our guests.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Personal Grooming and Hygiene: Maintain proper grooming and personal hygiene at all times, setting a positive example for our guests.
  • Team Support: Assist waiters and head waiters as needed, providing support and ensuring seamless service.
  • Event Support: Manage event-related work, including setting up tables and maintaining the exterior and interior of the outlet.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests receive positive and professional service, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest problems and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Communication: Attend regular departmental briefings and contribute to open communication within the assigned team.
