Job Description

**Job Summary**

In this role, you will serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the IT team, capturing requirements directly with business users and preparing the product backlog. You will be involved in all phases of the project life cycle, including solution design, development, testing, user acceptance, go-live planning, and post-production support. You will act as the business domain subject matter expert within IT and assist the development team in understanding the requirements, provide all the necessary inputs for the team to complete development in a timely manner, and will also ensure high adoption of the solutions by the business unit.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Evaluate business processes, process modeling, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions.
  • Work closely with business users, development teams, vendors, and internal supporting departments.
  • Lead RFI, RFP, Technical Review, and procurement processes for IT solutions with business users.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Perform requirements analysis and prioritize initiatives based on business requirements.
  • Produce complete and high-quality requirement deliverables, including business processes, scenarios, use cases, exceptions, and other required viewpoints to translate business requirements into actionable solution requirements.
  • Manage and support the achievement of traceability of requirements across the project lifecycle from initiator to solution requirements baseline, to design, build, test, and deploy.
  • Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
