Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

SOSi is seeking a highly skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to provide support for a services contract in Doha, Qatar.



Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the transportation motor pool, ensuring the readiness of drivers, vehicles, and dispatch procedures to meet the transportation needs. Additionally, they will manage driver training programs, automotive maintenance programs, and driver and vehicle dispatch programs to ensure operational readiness and compliance with requirements.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transportation motor pool to ensure operational readiness and compliance with requirements.
  • Ensure the readiness of drivers, vehicles, and dispatch procedures to meet transportation needs.
  • Manage driver training programs to ensure qualified, licensed, and safe driver operations.
  • Manage automotive maintenance programs to ensure operational readiness of the vehicle fleet.
  • Manage driver and vehicle dispatch programs to meet requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate maintenance and driver training records are maintained.
  • Prepare reports and contract deliverables.


Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of experience providing fleet management, transportation, and automotive maintenance support with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.
  • 4 years of supervisory experience.
  • HAZMAT certification.
  • Familiarity with the Maximo asset management system.
  • Current CDL drivers license.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Proficient written and verbal communicator.


Work Environment:

  • Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
  • Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
  • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
