Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maritime Senior Project Lead to join our team at BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL. As a key member of our Projects and Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of User Requirements, Statements of Work, Tender Documents, and Contracts.

  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including Military Personnel, External Suppliers, and various other departments.
  • Support the development of project proposals, user requirements, and contract management.
  • Analyze operational data (performance metrics) to inform business decisions.
  • Presentation and reporting on project progress to senior management.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Human Resources, and Finance, to develop contracts and ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will provide support to the Company Operations team during contract transition phases.

  • Post-contract handover and support to the Company Operations, including liaison with stakeholders, review of KPI performance, and reporting.
  • Providing advice on maritime regulations, authorities, and best practices.
  • Development of BMS policy, guidelines, and Quality Management System.
Requirements
  • Appropriate Engineering or related field background.
  • 10-15 years' experience, preferably with Western nationality.
  • Military Naval Maintenance Management: Practical experience and an excellent understanding of Naval MRO.
  • Drafting and developing technical documentation; personnel and stakeholder management; development of business opportunities.
