Luxury Sales and Experience Manager

The Sybarite is a luxury experience and lifestyle management brand providing high-end services for discerning individuals.
We're seeking an exceptional individual to develop new business opportunities, establish strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate sales pursuits, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and lead generation.
- Identify and pursue new leads, qualify opportunities, and capture new business.
- Provide consultative guidance to clients, constructing unique value propositions based on The Sybarite's competitive advantages.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at luxury lifestyle organizations.
- Maintain and up-sell existing clients with enhanced experiences, new products, and services.
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline, advising the CEO on weekly forecast calls.
- Collaborate closely with marketing for lead follow-up and representation of marketing activities.
- Accurately record and maintain all activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- A passion for sales and a keen interest in relationship building.
- A positive and upbeat approach.
- Excellent relationship-building and opportunity-identification skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
