The InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa features 12 restaurants, recreational facilities, a free-form swimming pool, and the world-class Spa InterContinental. Your Role: Field Sales Manager

You will be the face of InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa in the market, cultivating relationships and generating new business opportunities. As a Field Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to attract high-value clients, such as corporate accounts, government entities, travel agencies, and event planners. Your direct interaction with clients involves understanding their needs and presenting our luxury offerings in a compelling manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Presentation and communication of luxury offerings to high-profile clients
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Native Arabic speaker
  • Proven track record in a sales management role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and its dynamics
