In this role, you will also lead a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their objectives. Your leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach a team will be crucial in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of accountants, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure high performance.
  • Oversee the credit control function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our sales and catering teams to ensure effective credit decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain sound financial controls, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a hospitality industry, preferably in a senior accounting role.
  • Proven track record in managing credit risk and credit control processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process complex financial spreadsheets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
