Job Summary:
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the finance team, focusing on effective management of high-volume accounts and delivering day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex accounts from customers
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Opera, Oracle
- Previous experience in administration or finance preferred
