Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the finance team, focusing on effective management of high-volume accounts and delivering day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex accounts from customers
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Opera, Oracle
  • Previous experience in administration or finance preferred
