Our organization, MENA Recruit Pty Ltd, is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role will provide administrative assistance to the Conveyancing Fee Earners and the Real Estate Team, supporting the progression of conveyancing files.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a corporate environment, with strong MS Office and communication skills. They will be responsible for carrying out ad hoc duties as required and working effectively under pressure.

We are looking for a well-organized, self-motivated individual who can multitask and maintain a positive approach to work. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to QAR 11,420 per month.

Candidates with immediate availability and already based in Qatar will be preferred. Due to the high volume of applications, we will only respond to shortlisted candidates.

  • Must have prior administrative experience in a corporate environment
