About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HSE Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Synapsco. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day administrative operations, including course registration, participant communication, facilitator support, and logistical arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the administration of training programs, ensuring smooth coordination and logistics for instructors, facilitators, and participants.
  2. Maintain accurate records of training attendance and certifications.
  3. Provide administrative support to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
  4. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of learning management systems (LMS) and other technological platforms.
  5. Assist with troubleshooting system issues and ensure data integrity and security.

About You:

The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills. A strong understanding of learning management systems and technology is essential for this role.
