- Customer Acquisition: Analyze the market, plan visits to potential customers, and provide swift responses on quotations and inquiries to secure growth and increase market share.
- Market Research: Gather customer needs, market trends, and competition information, and analyze competitive dynamics and market trends, including market size, market share, customer segments, and buying factors.
- Project Monitoring: Follow up and monitor key projects closely to ensure Jotun's products are used to achieve the targeted sales budget.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer relationships through regular visits, responding to inquiries, and providing advice on product selection to achieve sales budget.
- Financial Management: Follow up and monitor customers on proper pricing and payment to reduce Days of Sales Outstanding (DSO) and achieve the targeted gross margin.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments like Customer Service, Marketing, and Purchasing to ensure high quality of service is provided.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Paints, Construction, or related industries.
- Skills: Good command of English and proficient computer skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Good technical knowledge and understanding of the protective coatings business will be an advantage.
- Local Valid Driving License: Local valid driving license will be an advantage.
