We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As a Senior Sales Executive - Energy, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of Performance Coatings products in Energy Concept to new and existing key customers in a given country.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Perform market visits, manage key accounts, track new projects, influence specifications, and set new business targets to ensure targeted growth is achieved.
  2. Customer Acquisition: Analyze the market, plan visits to potential customers, and provide swift responses on quotations and inquiries to secure growth and increase market share.
  3. Market Research: Gather customer needs, market trends, and competition information, and analyze competitive dynamics and market trends, including market size, market share, customer segments, and buying factors.
  4. Project Monitoring: Follow up and monitor key projects closely to ensure Jotun's products are used to achieve the targeted sales budget.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer relationships through regular visits, responding to inquiries, and providing advice on product selection to achieve sales budget.
  6. Financial Management: Follow up and monitor customers on proper pricing and payment to reduce Days of Sales Outstanding (DSO) and achieve the targeted gross margin.
  7. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments like Customer Service, Marketing, and Purchasing to ensure high quality of service is provided.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Paints, Construction, or related industries.
  3. Skills: Good command of English and proficient computer skills.
  4. Technical Knowledge: Good technical knowledge and understanding of the protective coatings business will be an advantage.
  5. Local Valid Driving License: Local valid driving license will be an advantage.
