Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cluster Talent and Culture Coordinator. This role will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, engagement, and development initiatives across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and select top talent to join our team.
  • Talent Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain our existing talent pool.
  • Heartist Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and a smooth offboarding process for departing employees, all while maintaining Accor standards.
  • Heartist Rewards and Recognition: Design and implement recognition and reward programs to motivate and engage our team members.
  • Employee Branding: Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent and promote our company culture.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with the Cluster Talent and Culture Manager to develop and implement performance management processes.
  • Benefits and Facilities: Manage and maintain employee benefits and facilities, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • System Updates: Timely update the T&C system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Cluster Talent and Culture Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Heartist Hub Administration: Manage the Heartist Hub, including departments and suppliers, and maintain accurate records.
