Role Overview

The Relationship Builder will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to customers

Requirements

  • Secondary diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of customer-facing experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
