Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Acquisition: Identify and pursue new restaurant opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and negotiating agreements to bring new restaurants onto our platform.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential restaurant partners, using your organizational skills to manage leads and ensure strong conversion rates.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with our sales team to iterate and improve our sales processes, ensuring we are the fastest-moving and most impactful team within Deliveroo.
- Commercial Initiatives: Assist our wider commercial team with strategic initiatives, such as field pitch days, restaurant marketing roll-outs, and cross-functional projects.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within a high-growth company.
- Proven negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate agreements with restaurant partners and build strong relationships.
- Salesforce experience: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, preferably in the F&B sector.
- Knowledge of the restaurant landscape: Strong understanding of the restaurant industry in Qatar, including key players and trends.
- Self-starter: Ability to work independently, driving yourself to meet targets and exceed expectations.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with restaurant partners and internal stakeholders.
- Language skills: Fluency in English is a must; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
