The role of Sales Engineer in our HVAC Aftermarket team requires a skilled professional who can bridge the gap between the sales team and customers. This position involves leveraging in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and aftermarket products to identify solutions, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for technical feasibility and project delivery.
  • Develop and deliver presentations showcasing the benefits of ENIM's offerings.
  • Provide technical insights and address customer queries during sales meetings and calls.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Bolster and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Provide product training to internal and external customers.
  • Monitor market trends and contribute to new sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mechanical engineering, HVAC engineering).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and aftermarket solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
