About the Opportunity:

Job Summary:

  1. Sales Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to our sales team, including developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention and referrals.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Operations Team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  4. Performance Management: Manage the performance of our sales team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and coaching for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development.
