Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient and profitable running of the aftersales business, including the service and parts operation divisions.
  • Organize the Aftersales division, controlling resources and assets in line with profit targets, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and drive overall aftersales strategies for brands.
  • Build, lead, motivate, and develop a highly successful team that achieves its objectives.
  • Formulate department plans, conduct operative planning, develop, and use various reporting tools to facilitate department planning and controlling.
  • Participate in sales forecasts, market research, statistical analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Assist the management team in handling relations with principals, parts operation, and service marketing campaigns/promotions for all brands.
  • Manage all technical operations related to full product brands and ranges.
  • Manage the parts operation business to improve parts turnover ratio, apply differentiated parts pricing strategy based on competition level and market needs, and manage aging parts stock.
