Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced front desk professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations at our office, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of confidentiality and ethics.

Responsibilities:
  1. Account Setup: Establish accounts for Qatari and non-Qatari clients, ensuring accurate and timely setup.
  2. Lead Generation: Generate viable leads and forward them through the appropriate channels, contributing to business growth.
  3. Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, providing solutions or directing them to the right person.
  4. Requirements Assessment: Listen to customer requirements and assess their needs, ensuring accurate understanding.
  5. Documentation: Provide correct forms to customers to make their requests in writing and pass them on to relevant departments for processing.
  6. Inquiries and Complaints: Take customer inquiries and complaints, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  7. Service Standards: Ensure maintenance of service standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  8. Front Office Role: Perform the role of front office, managing the Telephone System and providing tracking numbers.
  9. Information Security: Adhere to policies and procedures for maintaining information security, achieving, managing, and maintaining the ISO 27001 standard.
  10. Licensed Status: Maintain licensed status, working in accordance with company standards, regulations, and ethics.
  11. Customer Relationship: Generate and provide new ideas for customer relationship and customer retention.
  12. Confidentiality and Ethics: Ensure high standards of confidentiality and ethics, safeguarding commercially sensitive information.
