The Assistant Front Desk Manager is a critical role at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel, responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the hotel's goals and objectives. Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Provide excellent guest service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including checking-in guests, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Staff Supervision: Assist with supervising front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related industry.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
