Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the store's goals and objectives.
  • Recruit and select top talent for the store through various recruitment channels and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to all employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws, health and safety, and immigration regulations.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair pay and benefits for all employees.
  • Address employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner and provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
