Regional Academy Administrator

Responsibilities:
The Regional Academy Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the regional academy, ensuring seamless delivery of training programs and excellent learner engagement.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for virtual training sessions, including scheduling, equipment setup, and technical support.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver interactive training sessions, leveraging virtual tools and platforms.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on course delivery, learner participation, and program evaluation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for learners and facilitators during virtual training sessions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field, preferably with expertise in learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ABS's LMS and other relevant software applications.
