Your Role

As a Project Assistant at lxbfYeaa, you will be an integral part of our client services team in Qatar, providing administrative support, including document control, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of tasks, including assisting staff, researching travel arrangements, and organizing catering for meetings.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to client leadership, project management, and delivery teams
  2. Support management staff with various administrative duties, including document control
  3. Be a point of contact for a range of staff members
  4. Schedule meetings and appointments
  5. Research and book travel arrangements and logistics for team members
  6. Prepare documents for meetings and business trips
  7. Process and direct incoming and outgoing mail
  8. Prepare correspondence and reports on behalf of team members or senior staff
  9. Prepare meeting agendas, prepare meeting PowerPoint presentations, take, and prepare detailed meeting notes
  10. Organize catering for meetings or functions
  11. Assist other Project Assistants with tasks as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Proven experience as a Project Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  3. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
  4. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  6. Outstanding multitasking abilities
  7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  8. A can-do attitude
