Qatar Airways is seeking a professional to join our Loyalty team as a Senior Member Service Agent.
The role will be responsible for offering all Privilege Club related services to members, assisting with queries and providing a one-stop solution for award bookings, upgrades, ticketing, and other Loyalty services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear and accurate membership information to members visiting the member service desk.
- Make award bookings and issue tickets efficiently.
- Assist members with account information and resolve issues in one visit.
- Process redemption requests and provide alternatives when seats are not available.
- Support additional tasks critical to the Loyalty business.
About You
A successful candidate should possess relevant vocational, tertiary, or trade qualifications, minimum 2-3 years of Customer Service experience, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
