Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling reservations, providing accurate information about services and availability, confirming, modifying, and canceling reservations as requested, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

You will also be required to maintain organized and up-to-date records of reservations and guest details, promote additional services and amenities to enhance the guest experience, and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in a luxury background or a degree/diploma from hotel management
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in English; Arabic is an asset
  • Basic Opera knowledge; computer literate
  • Outgoing personality with a can-do approach to assigned tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Creative thinker, striving to deliver excellent service to guests
