Commercial Director of Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Director to lead our Infrastructure Business Unit in Qatar. This is a senior management position that requires a strong background in quantity surveying and commercial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service delivery of large infrastructure projects
- Oversee the Infrastructure Business Unit, including business development and team management
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth
- Provide expert advice on quantity surveying and commercial management to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting with a construction cost consultancy
- Strong dynamic client liaison experience
- Experience of managing a team of quantity surveying professionals
- BSc degree qualification in quantity surveying or commercial management
- Experience of infrastructure projects, including civils, roads, and highways, and land reclamation
