**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Services Manager to join our team at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating front office activities

Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates with:
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, or related field
- Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field; no prior work experience required
This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
