About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residences Sales Manager to join our team at Rosewood Doha. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, cultivating client relationships, and negotiating and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth for the hotel residences, identifying market opportunities and targeting potential buyers to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and engaging with them to understand their needs and preferences, which enhances client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Skillfully negotiate and close sales deals, leveraging a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies and practices to stay competitive and responsive to the dynamic real estate market.
