Job Description:

Synapsco is seeking an experienced HSE Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our Academy, ensuring seamless execution of training programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Program Coordination: Coordinate logistical arrangements, manage course registrations, and facilitate communication among participants, instructors, and facilitators.
  2. Document Control: Maintain accurate records of training attendance and certifications.
  3. Support Services: Provide administrative assistance to instructors, facilitators, and participants as needed.
  4. LMS Support: Implement and maintain learning management systems, ensuring efficient use of technology.
  5. Tech Assistance: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure data integrity.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance training delivery.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
