Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Territory Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to build relationships with customers.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. As a Sales Territory Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Responsible for interacting with Customers for Sales, Distribution, Merchandising, stock rotation cash collection and establishing good relationships with Customers.
  • Provides direct supervision to Truck Helpers/delivery assistants.
  • When required, Buddying with new recruits.
  • Improvement of Share Of Shelf and excellence in marketing execution of activities.
  • Responsible for achieving individual sales targets (cash and credit), merchandising, market servicing, and delivery.
  • Follows the journey plan to ensure assigned customers are serviced.
  • Updates the database of Trade Assets.
  • Delivers accurate and comprehensive competition activity reports.
  • Reports on new store openings.
  • Provides feedback to the next level on distribution and customer issues.
  • Works towards achieving own set objectives to ensure department short-term and strategic goals are met.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in sales, business, or relevant field.
  • 4 to 5 years of sales experience in a similar capacity within FMCG/beverages/snacks industry.
  • Medium Qatari Driving License is a must.
