- 2+ años coordinando proyectos interdisciplinarios con diferentes áreas.
- 2+ años con Metodologías Ágiles, preferiblemente con certificación en Product Owner.
- Habilidades de comunicación y venta.
- Dominio de software como Miro, Slack, Jira, y herramientas de investigación de usuario como Usability Hub/Maze/Usabilla/Optimal Workshop.
- Conocimiento sólido en Service Design, UX Research, UX Design, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, y frameworks Agile/Scrum.
