• Collaborate with Customer Care Managers to make informed pricing decisions.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations using our online tools.
• Use your deep knowledge of Sea Logistics to deliver tailored solutions and presentations.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive.
• Ensure smooth onboarding by providing detailed information to the Customer Care Team.
• Keep customer data updated in CoreLOG.
• Work with CCL managers and Customer Care Team to review and optimize customer portfolios.
• Close deals that align with customer needs and company objectives.Your Skills and Experiences
• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding Management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of successful Sea Logistics Sales and Key account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kuehne+Nagel products, operations, and services.
• Proficient in CRM and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and time management.
• Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Languages: Fluency in English; Arabic and Malayalam are a plus.
