A Receptionist cum Admin role combines frontdesk responsibilities with administrative duties. Below are the key responsibilities associated with this position:

FrontDesk Responsibilities

1. Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests clients and employees in a professional manner.

2. Managing Reception Area: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.

3. Handling Calls: Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

4. Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes if necessary.

5. Mail and Courier Services: Receive sort and distribute mail and packages.

Administrative Responsibilities

6. Scheduling and Calendar Management: Arrange meetings book conference rooms and manage schedules.

7. Data Entry: Maintain and update company records databases and documentation.

8. Procurement: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

9. Correspondence: Draft emails letters and other official communications.

10. Coordination: Act as a liaison between departments for smooth communication and task flow.

11. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office activities including attendance logs and vendor details.

12. Expense Tracking: Assist in managing budgets and processing invoices.

13. Event Support: Help organize company events meetings or training sessions.

14. Onboarding Support: Assist HR in onboarding new employees (e.g. setting up workspaces providing access cards).

Other General Duties

15. Customer Service: Address client or visitor queries and provide information about the company.

16. ProblemSolving: Handle any administrative issues or escalate them to the relevant person.

This combined role requires strong communication multitasking and organizational skills along with proficiency in office software like MS Office or Google Workspace.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: QAR QAR per month
