We are hiring a resultsdriven Sales Manager for used cars specializing in premium brands at a wellknown company in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the used car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for premium brands.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Understanding customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics to track progress.
  • Conducting regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with marketing to create promotional campaigns that drive showroom traffic.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Dynamic and passionate about the automotive industry particularly premium brands.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • 45 experience in sales management in the automotive sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A customerfocused approach with strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and excel under pressure.
