**Job Title: Fit-Out Project Coordinator (Night Shift)**
**Salary Package: 3,500 QAR**
**Location: Jaidah Square, Qatar**
**Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)**
**Contract Duration: 1 Month**
**Start Date: 19th December 2024**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the fit-out project, ensuring that work is completed on time and in line with project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays, proposing solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Review and understand all project documentation including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Ensure that all safety standards and regulations are adhered to during the project.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project reports, records, and documentation.
- Oversee and manage the workforce to ensure maximum productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with the project manager and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fit-out projects or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
