**Job Title: Site Engineer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure timely project execution.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
- Conduct quality checks to verify that work meets project standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports and project records.
- Assist in material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.
- Provide technical guidance to workers and sub-contractors.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- The role requires working on construction sites with exposure to outdoor conditions.
- May require extended hours depending on project deadlines.
- Salary: 6000 QR - 7000 QR
