Job Description:
The Lead Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our sales department, responsible for managing incoming leads, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring efficient communication between prospective clients and our sales agents. This role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead Management: Receive, organize, and track all incoming leads from various channels. Ensure quick response times and accurate recording in the CRM system.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule property viewings between potential clients and sales agents. Manage the agents' calendars to optimize their availability.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with clients post-viewing to gather feedback and improve service delivery.

Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion rates and other metrics to help enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.

Database Management: Maintain an organized and accessible database of all leads, client communications, and interactions.

**Required Skills**:
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in real estate or a similar sector.

Familiarity with the real estate market and property management procedures.
