**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests in a warm and courteous manner upon their arrival.
- Escorting guests to their tables and ensuring their comfort.
- Presenting menus and providing detailed explanations of menu items, including specials and wine selections.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system promptly.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
- Serving food and beverages with precision and grace, adhering to fine dining standards.
- Anticipating guests' needs and responding promptly to their requests.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables efficiently.
- Assisting in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
- Upholding all company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Providing recommendations and upselling additional menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive work environment.
- Continuously striving to enhance your knowledge of food, wine, and hospitality trends.
- Adhering to grooming and uniform standards at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a waiter in a fine dining establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette, service standards, and wine service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in food safety and alcohol service is preferred.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in hospitality or related fields is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift and carry heavy trays.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
- Work in a temperature-controlled environment, including hot and cold conditions.

Pay: QAR1,800.00 per month
