Our commitment to quality and innovation has earned us numerous accolades and a loyal following. **Responsibilities**: - Lead and supervise the waitstaff team, ensuring adherence to service standards, proper etiquette, and timely execution of tasks. - Engage with guests warmly and professionally, addressing inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience. - Oversee table assignments, reservations, and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and ensure a seamless dining experience. - Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and wine pairings, to confidently answer guest questions and offer suggestions. - Handle guest complaints and concerns with diplomacy and tact, ensuring a positive resolution and guest satisfaction. - Train, mentor, and motivate waitstaff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. - Monitor and maintain the smooth flow of service, coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and address any potential issues. - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and suggestive selling to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue. - Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed. **Qualifications**: - Willing to be deployed to our new branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia by Q4 2024 - Can speak English well, and Arabic (preferred) - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. - Strong leadership and communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and multitask, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional service. - In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine and beverage pairings, food safety regulations, and restaurant operations.
