Qatar Airways is currently recruiting for Senior Station Support Agent for Ground Services Department..

Specific responsibilities of the role include:

- Validation of rates in the supplier invoices
- Matching rates to a valid source document - Purchase Order, Contracts, QCC etc
- Extract reports to assist ASM to verify services.
- Report discrepancies/missing data to Business Finance, where necessary.
- Update rates to the Ground Services Automated System.
- Maintain the automated system with regards to supplier services, system rates, discrepancies etc.
- Communicate and reconcile with the suppliers in the event of discrepancies between the records and supplier submission.
- Escalate any delay in invoice rate validation or approval to the Station Admin Support Supervisor.
- Communicate with I2P team with regards to invoicing queries.
- Receive, investigate and resolve assigned queries related to invoices
- Ensure all supplier queries are addressed with priority.
- Highlight and escalate any discrepancies to Station Admin Support Supervisor.
- Timely execution and follow-up with relevant stakeholders for on-time delivery of reports.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 1 year of Job related experience.
- High School Qualification with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
- Professional experience in a similar position in a multicultural environment with a rich mix of supply partners.
- Accounting systems knowledge with Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft AX, Navision
- Ability to analyze administrative problems and make appropriate recommendations
- Analyze methods and procedures adequately and logically
- ERP knowledge: Oracle, JDE, Navision, MS AX, etc.
