**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company targets within the Engineering, Electromechanical, and Oil & Gas sectors.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with key clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments—technical, procurement, and operations—to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track and monitor project progress and sales deliverables, ensuring timely execution and budget compliance.
- Analyze market trends, client insights, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maximize growth.
- Oversee key account management and ensure consistent growth from existing clients.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering**, **Business Administration**, or a related technical discipline.
- **Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience** in **sales management** within the **Engineering, Electromechanical Trading**, or **Oil & Gas** industries.
- Strong knowledge of **mechanical/technical products and solutions**.
- Excellent understanding of the **Qatar market** and **GCC regional business landscape**.
- Demonstrated ability to **lead and motivate sales teams**, set KPIs, and achieve revenue targets.
- Exceptional **negotiation, communication, and interpersonal** skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
