Position Overview:
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a motivated professional with strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a solid background in furniture or luxury retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve showroom sales targets
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance
- Build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies to optimize performance
- Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Oversee the CRM system to track sales activities and client interactions

Skills and Experience Required:

- Experience: Proven experience in a sales role within a furniture or luxury retail environment
- Teamwork: Strong ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a collaborative environment
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the sales team
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and trends to drive strategy
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in luxury or high-end furniture sales
- Proficiency in CRM and retail management software
