We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant with a strong background in Human Resources, specifically with knowledge of WPS (Wage Protection System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage and maintain employee records within the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and WPS regulations.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Generate reports and provide insights on HR metrics.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on WPS and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Locally available in Qatar with valid QID
- Can join immediately

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
